Payment Method

Artlist Return Policy?
Artlist.io has a refund policy that is straightforward. If a new payment was made within the last 14 days and no assets were downloaded from the site, then a refund is possible. However, if any assets have been downloaded, generated, or used since the payment was made, then a refund is not eligible.
It's important to note that once a license is cancelled, it won't cover the use of any assets or the publishing of projects containing the assets. To clearlist projects, an active plan subscription is required, and channels and videos must be registered to the Clearlist.
For billing errors, a refund can be provided where incorrect charges have been made due to a billing error.
For team plan refunds, if there are unused seats, a refund is only possible if the request is made within the first 14 days of the subscription and no assets have been downloaded.
